wealthAPI GmbH is a Berlin-based B2B SaaS company that provides data-based financial technology for clients such as extraETF, Fincite, and onvista.

As a BaFin-regulated account information service provider, wealthAPI aggregates, refines, and analyzes financial data from over 3,500 connected banks and brokers. The service goes far beyond PSD2 standards and includes not only payment account data but also securities data, cryptocurrencies, investments, real estate, physical assets, as well as building society, loan, tax, and insurance data.

In addition to the raw data, wealthAPI offers a modular set of financial tools: Banking Insights for budget planning and contract analysis, Investment Insights for portfolio tracking and dividend planning, and an AI Suite with personalized product recommendations, scenario analysis, and portfolio simulation. wealthAPI provides the trusted data foundation on which partners build tailored financial solutions for the AI era of financial management.

wealthAPI emerged in 2023 from Rentablo GmbH, which was founded in 2014 by managing directors André Rabenstein and Dr. Wolfram Stacklies.
wealthAPI is currently active in Germany and Austria and plans to expand further across Europe with its Open Finance infrastructure. The upcoming FiDA regulation (Financial Data Access Regulation) will standardize access to financial data across Europe and further open the market for high-quality investment data solutions – a field in which wealthAPI already provides the technical foundation today.
