Complaints should be sent in writing to info@wealthapi.eu. In urgent cases, complaints can also be submitted via the wealthAPI service hotline. Your complaint will always be processed by wealthAPI customer service. Depending on the type and extent of the defect, it may be forwarded internally. We will try to process your request within five working days. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the bank’s processing times for transactions involving partner banks.
